Colorado Springs Kids Magazine $100 Target Gift Card Giveaway

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The giveaway begins on 8/1/2025 and ends on 8/31/2025 at 11:59 PM. All entries must be received by the end of the giveaway period to be eligible.
3. ELIGIBILITY
This giveaway is open only to legal residents of Colorado, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of Colorado Springs Kids Magazine and its advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible.
To be eligible, entrants must follow both of the following official social media accounts at the time of entry and through the duration of the giveaway:
Instagram: @ColoradoSpringsKidsmag
Facebook: Colorado Springs Kids Magazine
Failure to follow both accounts will result in disqualification. Entries will be verified prior to winner selection.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Entrants must complete and submit the official entry form available at coloradospringskids.com during the giveaway period.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per household.
Multiple entries from the same person, household, or email address will be disqualified.
Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified.
Entrants must be following both Instagram and Facebook pages listed in Section 3. Non-followers are not eligible to win.
5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive a $100 Target Gift Card (either digital or physical, at the sponsor's discretion).
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, if applicable.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The drawing will occur on or around 8/30/2025.
The winner will be notified via the email or phone number provided during entry. The winner must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond, is not following both social media pages at the time of verification, cannot be contacted, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. ODDS
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. RIGHT TO CANCEL, MODIFY, OR DISQUALIFY
Colorado Springs Kids Magazine reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, or any other factor beyond the sponsor’s control. The sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process, providing false information, or violating these official rules—including the requirement to follow both social media accounts.
9. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering this giveaway, the winner agrees to allow Colorado Springs Kids Magazine to use their name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes across its print and digital channels, without additional compensation or notification, unless prohibited by law.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Colorado Springs Kids Magazine, its affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
11. NO AFFILIATION WITH TARGET
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Target Corporation. All Target trademarks are the property of Target and are used solely for prize description. Target is not affiliated with or responsible for this promotion.
12. DISPUTES
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, participants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
